On 21st June 2017, the president of Provincial Supreme Court of Henan Province, Mr. Liyong Zhang visited PRCO and gave valuable guidance.

On 6th December 2016, PRCO signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Sino Steel Luoyang Institute of Refractories Research Co., Ltd.

On 18th November 2016, the Deputy Secretary of Puyang Committee and Deputy Mayor of Puyang City, Mr. Dianyu Song researched in PRCO.
