At December 2014, through the distribution of shares and cash payment, PRCO purchased 100% of the shares of Zhengzhou Huite Refractories Co., Ltd.
At December 2014, through the distribution of shares and cash payment, PRCO purchased 100% of the shares of Maanshan Yushan Metallurgy New Materials Co., Ltd.
On January 15th 2014, PRCO won the Governor Quality Award of Henan Province of 2013.
On November 26th 2013, the Commercial and Industrial Association of Henan Province announced the list of the top 100 private enterprises of Henan Province for the first time. PRCO took up the 77th ranking with the revenue of 214.6 million RMB.
On October 22nd, the Federation of Enterprises in Henan Province and the Association of Entreprises in Henan Province jointly released the list of the top 100 enterprises in Henan Province. PRCO took up the 77th ranking with the revenue of 2,145,690,000 RMB.
On September 29th, through the distribution of shares and the acquisition of assets, PRCO purchased 100% of the shares of Zhengzhou Huawei Refractories Co., Ltd. The registered number of Business License of Enterprise Legal Person is 410100000012203.
In 2013, PRCO conducted the equity incentive program. On June 17th, the second board of directors and supervisors finished the session (from June 18th 2010 to June 17th 2013) and successfully held the election for the new leadership. Mr. Baikuan Liu was appointed as the chairman of the board and Mr. Bianyang Lin was appointed as the deputy chairman. Mr. Zhiyan Guo was appointed as the president of the board of supervisors and Mr. Xuejun Li was appointed as the president.
On April 17th, 2012, in order to improve the raw material business in west areas, PRCO funded the establishment of the wholly-owned subsidiary, PRCO Qinghai New High-Tech Material Co., Ltd. At the same year, the environment-friendly alkali products program with the capacity of 60,000 tons in Liutun branch, the high-tech refractories program with the capacity of 142,000 tons and the precast blocks program with the capacity of 30,000 tons were approved by EIA.
At April 2011, PRCO bought 100% of the shares of Haicheng Linli Mining Co., Ltd in cash. At August, PRCO funded 95% of the investment for the establishment of PRCO Tibet High Purity Magnesia Material Co., Ltd. At September, PRCO purchased 95% of the shares of Haicheng Huayin High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd. Teleconference system was applied and the slide plates program in Liutun branch with the capacity of 20,000 tons was put into operation. The sales revenue reached 2,000 million RMB.
On February 3rd, 2002, Mr. Bianyang Lin was appointed as the second general manager of PRCO. Through the distribution of shares and the acquisition of assets, PRCO purchased all the shares of Shanghai Baoming Refractories Co., Ltd. At the same year, PRCO cadre school was founded and opened. PRCO also adopted the Visual Identity System and awarded the Mayor Quality Award of Puyang City. The branch plant in Liutun established a production line of the unshaped refractories with the capacity of 100,000 tons. On June 17th, the first board of directors and supervisors finished the session (from June 15th 2007 to June 17th 2010) and successfully held the election for the new leadership. The sales revenue made a breakthrough over 1,500 million RMB.
In October 2009, through the participation of directional replenishment, PRCO held the stake of Yunnan Kunming Iron and Steel Group Refractories Co., Ltd. Later the name was changed into PRCO Yunnan Kungang High Temperature Material Co., Ltd.
On April 25th, PRCO Stock was launched in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (A-Share stock: PRCO, with the code of sz002225). PRCO is qualified for ISO14000 Environmental Management System Certificate of Conformity, OSAS18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Certificate and PRCO imported the Performance Excellence Management Model. The sales revenue made a breakthrough over 1,000 million RMB.
At the beginning of June, 2007, our company trademark “PRCO” got registered in Egypt, and so did the other trademark in Russia and Egypt.
In June 2007, the Company was restructured into Puyang Refractories Group Co., Ltd (Stock Company). On June 15th, Mr. Baikuan Liu was appointed as the first Chairman of the board. Mr. Xubo Shi was appointed as the first general manager. The production line with the capacity of 10,000 tons of silicon nitride bricks, 80,000 tons of castables, 10,000 pieces of purging plugs and 20,000 precast blocks was built and put into operation.
At the end of May of 2007, Henan provincial governor Mr. Chengyu Li came to visit PRCO accompanied with the leaders of Puyang city and Puyang County and gave guiding proposal for PRCO.
In mid-April of 2007, our trademark “PRCO” registered successfully in South Korea.
In 2006, the sales value reached to 760,000,000 RMB, the sales volume of overseas market keep increasing.
In December of 2006, the two projects of “ceramic bar bounded Purging plug” and “Non carbon Tundish dry mix” completed and they got approved by Henan Science and Technology Bureau.
In September of 2006, Mr. Baikuan Liu got the “Science and Technnology Special Contribution Award”.
On 28th Oct of 2006, the taphole clay plant was completed and tested successfully.
In May of 2006, the scientific research fund was built in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, the amount for the every year 1,000,000 RMB.
On 24th May of 2006, the event of “Pound the slide plate” indicated that we guarantee the good quality.
In March of 2006, the science research project: the development and production of ceramic bounded purging plug, light aggregate and taphole clay were promoted.
In January of 2006, the unshaped material plant was put into use in Yingkou, and so does Mag carbon brick plant in September, which brings the right operation for Yingkou Refractories Co., Ltd.
Late November, our company CRM project was set up with Beijing LIYOUXIN Tech&Science Co.,Ltd.
On 36th Jan of 2006, PRCO began to use ERP project.
In 2006, PRCO adopted the Customer Relationship Management System. The three functional items for Continuous casting program, with the yearly capacity of 5,000 tons, was Completed and put into use.
On 30th April of 2005, Mr. Baikuan Liu was awarded the National Model Woker.
In 2005, Office Automation System was put into use. PRCO restricted publication of “PRCO People” was founded. At the same year, the sales revenue reached over 500 million RMB.
In 2005, Puyang Functional Materials Co., Ltd was recognized as the Henan Province high tech enterprise.
On 15th July of 2005, the High-temperature Ceramic Material Experimental& Inspection Center was confirmed be the National Standard one.
On 16th May of 2005, PRCO Yingkou Refractories Co., Ltd started to prepare for construction.
On 16th May of 2005, Ukraine Puyang Keramite limited Liability Co. was founded.
At the end of 2004, the sales value reached to 480 million RMB.
In August of 2004, PRCO became the “Henan Province Private Enterprise Intellectual Property Work Pilot Enterprise”.
On January 5th, PRCO Test Center was certified by Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of P.R.C about the registered laboratory. PRCO Xiaoyi High Aluminum Refractories Co., Ltd, with the yearly production capacity of 200,000 tons of high alumina refractories and 50,000 tons of unshaped refractories, was put into operation. The startup ceremony of PRCO-Alliance PKU Management Consultants Program was held. The slide plates and nozzles for Continuous casting project in PRCO Functional Material Co., Ltd, with the yearly production over 10,000 tons, was put into operation at the same year.
In August 2003, the building of PRCO Xiaoyi High Aluminum Refractories Co., Ltd was started. PRCO Kiln Engineering Co., Ltd was established at the same year. The sales revenue made a breakthrough over 300 million RMB and the exported sales reached over 20 million RMB.
On 28th Oct of 2003, PRCO became the “Henan Province Key Manufacturing Informatization Demonstration Enterprise”.
On 25th Nov. of 2003, Mr. Baikuan Liu would not be the general manager, and Mr. Zhongyang He and Jianyi Zhong would be.
In September of 2003, PRCO became the “Henan Top 50 Private Science and Technology Enterprise”.
On 27th of August, the Provincial Governor of Henan province Mr. Chengyu Li visited PRCO and gave affirmation and support for the present situation, the development speed and plan.

On 24th April of 2002, the opening ceremony of the Engineering Graduate Student Class jointly built by PRCO and Wuhan University of Science and Technology was held.
At January 2002, Puyang County Refractories Plant was restructured into Puyang Refractories Co., Ltd. The inaugural meeting was grandly held on March 16th, 2002. Senior academician Mr. Xiangchong Zhong from Chinese Academy of Sciences and Municipal Committee of the CPC of Puyang City Mr. Lingchen Wu attended the ceremony and inaugurated. With a 100 million RMB investment, PRCO Functional Material Co., Ltd was built and put into operation. The sales avenue reached 200 million RMB and PRCO has carried out the Enterprise Resource Planning System.
In March of 2001, PRCO was identified with “The National Torch Plan Key High Technology and New Tech Enterprise” by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
On February 28th, the Commencement ceremony of the Phase-3 project with the size of 110 acres for High Temperature Refractories Production Base was held. PRCO was identified as the “Key High-Tech Enterprise of National Torch Program in 2001”by National Science and Technology Department.
On 29th, Dec. of 2000, PRCO held the Summary Commendation Congress and Art Performance of 2000. Mr. Baikuan Liu made the summary to speak and gave the development targets for the next 5 years, 10 years and 30 years.
In October of 2000, the extension project for Purging plug was completed and put into use.
On 1st of October of 2000, the No.2 office building was completed and put into use.

On 16th of December, 1998, PRCO got the ISO-9002 International Quality System Certification.
From the May of 1998, after the first bottom argon blowing purging plug exported to the United States, then the exported countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, India, Africa and Southeast Asia.
At the beginning of 1988, the precast block plant with the capacity of 100,000 tons was put into operation and it was equipped with a high temperature oil kiln of 1800℃. On August 8th of the same year, the kiln was tested with huge success. Bottom purging plugs for ladle was firstly exported to America, then to Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, India and other Countries from Africa and East Asia. The factory has passed the ISO9002 international quality system certification.
In 1998, PRCO set up the scholarship fund and help poor fund in the Wuhan University of science and technology. This is the first time to set up PRCO fund in the domestic famous universities.
In April of 1997, the Xichang was founded and put into production on 9th of September. The total production capacity of castable is 30,000 tons at the same year.
In October of 1996, the achievement of high abrasion resistant platform brick, the rail track brick and the self-flow castable for reheating furnace was identified through the Henan Province science committee.
In November of 1995, the achievement of bottom argon blowing purging plug was identified through the Henan Province science committee.
In 1993, the refractory specialist who did research as a visiting scholar in America, Mr. Baikuan Liu returned from America and took up the post of the plant manager and the chief engineer of Puyang County Refractories Plant.
In 1988, Puyang County Refractories Plant was founded by Baichun Liu and Zhiyan Guo and was put into operation on Mar 16th.
