Safety management division together with production site specialists have carried out 5S management communication with branch offices and subsidiary companies like PRCO Yingkou, Shanghai Baoming, Suzhou Baoming in order to understand the current 5s situation of the safety and production site in these companies, familiarize with 5S management process in safety and production site, see the actual 5s work carried out in branch offices and subsidiary companies as well as safety and production site, listen to opinions and suggestions from branch offices and subsidiary companies, and further promote successful management experience and methods. 

Work communication mainly includes six aspects:

1.In accordance with the requirements of the group company, branch offices and subsidiary companies organize hidden danger identification and inspection activities on flammable and explosive products, and hazardous chemicals. Safety management division conducts random inspections in branch offices and subsidiary companies, and requires all factories to regulate the daily management of dangerous chemicals, improve the dangerous goods contingency plans and exercises.

2.Listen carefully to the daily work of safety management division in branch offices and subsidiary companies, and keep track with the actual 5S management development at safety and production site.

3.Production site specialists from the group company conduct comprehensive inspections in all branch offices and subsidiary companies, and elaborate on the significance of 5S management among company managers and immediate supervisors, solve problems in time and promote successful experience among production bases.

4.Carry out random checks on the actual record of data, potential accidents and statistics and post-processing in Safety Production Month Report among all branch offices and subsidiary companies.

5.Go to production workshop to understand production process and main production equipment, and special equipment, gas area, maintenance area in particular, pay special attention to the special operation certificate.

6.Check the construction of canteen，bath and dormitory in branch offices and subsidiary companies, check security guard management, monitoring facilities, fireproofing and security system as well as comprehensive security precautions.
