On the morning of December 6th, PRCO chairman Mr. Baikuan Liu, and President Hongxia Li from Sinosteel Luoyang Refractories, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both enterprises in Luoyang. The two sides agreed to establish a long-term stable strategic cooperative relation in product development, project cooperation, product sales, market co-development, technical exchanges, investment and other aspects. Vice president Wenwu Wang from Sinosteel Luoyang Refractories, vice president Wenpeng Ma of PRCO also attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Li Hongxia praised PRCO for its sense of social responsibilities and mission as the leading enterprise in the industry, and introduced the strategic development plan of Sinosteel Luoyang Refractories. Chairman Liu Baikuan gave full recognition on the long-term outstanding contributions of Sinosteel Luoyang Refractories for the industry, and introduced the future strategic layout and development focus of PRCO. The two sides agreed that the future of the refractory industry will include reduction in quantity, light weight, functional, intelligent automation, and resource recycling, and complementary advantages of the two sides will yield broad prospects for cooperation.
