Product Description:

Since the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler uses high velocity flow, high material cycle times and high particle concentration, areas like dense phase area of hearth, upper stack and boiler outlet, cyclone separator and its inlet-outlet, back feeder areas are eroded badly. The ordinary boilers with traditional refractory linings cannot meet the requirements of the circulating fluidized bed boiler application.

Regarding the properties of high abrasion resistance and high air tightness, PRCO developed a series of castables for circulating fluidized bed. These products, with higher strength, abrasive resistance, volume stability and easily installation, are made from high-dense grains, composite micro powders and special additives.

These products have been widely used in Luoyang Longyu, Zhongyuan Dahua, Chongqing Jiulong Paper Industry, and Jianshi in Mongolia, Yuanjiang Paper Industry and Taige Group.

The actual applications show that boiler’s service life has been prolonged, lining’s wear resistance has been improved and more economic benefits have been brought to power plants.
