PN-W and PN-BW series of ladle bottom seating blocks, high-tech products developed to protect the purging plugs, are made from high-purity, high-density, high-strength materials with a matrix-adjusted system (MAS). These products exhibit the features of stable structure, good corrosion/erosion resistance and long service life.

They can be applied on all kinds of ladles with different capacities while PN-SK4, PN-T33 and PN-T39 series can be applied on small size non-refining ladles.

Packing: Seaworthy Wooden Pallet.

Transportation & Storage: Keep in dry condition and handle with care. Do not use if plug shell gets rusty or seating block gets loose or damped.

Shelf Life: 3 Months.
