Product Description:

PN series of magnesia-carbon bricks are made of high-purity and high-density fused magnesia and large crystal fused magnesia, together with high-purity graphite. Added with anti-oxidants and combined with resins and finally shaped through machine pressing.

The products are mainly applied in the slag line, melting zone and the bottom of the ladle. The service life of the ladle can be improved using these products. They feature high strength, good thermal shock resistance and excellent resistance to slag erosion. According to different smelting conditions and steel grades, PRCO developed a wide range of brands to satisfy different customers’ needs. 

PN series of MgO-C bricks are widely applied in large and medium-sized domestic plants like Capital Steel, Xinyu Steel, Shagang Group and Ningbo Steel, at the same time, they are well-accepted by customers from Thailand, Ukraine, India, Russia, Mexico and Egypt, etc.
