PN-SAFETY Dual-proof Locking Mechanism is developed for anti-penetration and anti-leakage of molten steel, it can effectively prevent molten steel from penetrating inside or outside of purging plug. A one-way valve is involved in the locking mechanism to limit steel penetration of slits. 

The PN-SAFETY Dual-proof Locking Mechanism developed by PRCO is the only one in China with dual-proof locking capability. It has technology advantage, high security and reliable performance. This mechanism can efficiently improve the service life of purging plugs. It features flexibility of operation, it’s easy for workers to install, disassemble. This mechanism guarantees that there will not be a leakage of molten steel due to the mechanism reasons within one year’s effective life.  

This mechanism has been used in Tianjin Steel Group (120T Ladle), Shanxi Antai Group, Hebei Tiantie Group (180T Ladle), Laiwu Taishan Steel Plant (80T Ladle), Zhenshi Group Eastern Special Steel (90T Ladle), Russian Oskar (150T ladle) with good performance and feedback. 

PN-SAFETY Dual-proof Locking Mechanism can be applied in different-sized molten-steel ladles or hot metal ladles, such as : 90T，120T， 180T， 200T， 280T， 300T. PRCO can provide any specification of Dual-proof Locking Mechanism according to customers’ requirement.
