PN-TQMS series of bottom purging plugs for coreless induction furnaces are monolithic ones with porous channels. This series of products feature small bubbles in liquid steel, better removal efficiency and performance of gas inclusions and oxides.

The application of bottom purging plugs for casting ladles helps to uniform the liquid metal temperature and alloy composition, increase the efficiency of inoculants and modification agents, promote the reaction between slags and oxides and the discharging of gas inclusions and finally purify the liquid metal.
