PN-TQMS series of bottom purging plugs for coreless induction furnaces are monolithic ones with porous channels. This series of products feature small bubbles in liquid steel, better removal efficiency and performance of gas inclusions and oxides. Cooperated with corundum-spinel dry mixes, they will achieve the same service life with the working linings.

The patent number is ZL200610078891X. This product has special internal structure, which can ensure the safety application under the electromagnetic environment and the refining ability of the induction furnaces.

This product is suitable for all kinds of high quality steel metals, iron metals and copper metals and Al metals and other non-ferrous alloys liquid metals, especially the stainless steel. It can lower the inclusions to a level that normal induction furnaces cannot reach. The spherical inclusions in casting blocks reach the standard of 0.5 A.
