Product Description:

This product uses quality high alumina, fused corundum and fused magnesia as the main raw material, through optimizing material particle gradation and using composite plastic binders, this repairing mix features good spraying and ramming performance. The tight combination between sintered layers of furnace lining can provide higher service life, it also can reduce the refractory cost.

For normal phosphate repair mixes, the phosphate will decompose under high temperature and increase the phosphorus level in the steel. PN-L5-XB28 uses non-phosphate binders that can avoid this problem.
