RA series of dry mixes for induction furnaces are made from high purity, high density and high strength fused magnesia and fused corundum, through optimizing material particle gradation and it ensures the material can flow under small vibration, which can obtain the higher bulk density. By adding the efficient compound sintered auxiliaries, it can get good physical properties under high temperature. RA series of dry materials have good slag resistance and liquid metal corrosion resistance, high temperature performance and thermal stability and volume stability.

RQ series of products use high purity quartz sand and fused quartz as the raw material. They choose high efficient sintering auxiliaries which can control the various crystalline conversion rate of quartz sand in the process of heating up and application. And also ensure the oxidation siliceous dry materials have excellent high temperature volume stability and thermal shock stability.

Packaging: 25kg/bag or 50kg/bag, woven bag with plastic film.
