Coil castables are made from sintered alumina, calcium aluminate cement and alumina bubble, the right size gradation can guarantee the excellent flowing properties. It features high strength, high refractoriness, stable volume under high temperature and thermal insulation performance after installation. It suits for the big and medium sized coreless induction furnaces.

The application of coil plaster and coil castables can avoid mechanical damage when the coreless induction furnace is under building and tearing. When the liquid metal leaks, the isolation of the liquid metal and induction coil can protect they are not destroyed, meanwhile avoiding any accidents.
