Product Description:

PN-DV series of dry ramming mixes for EAF bottom are made from high quality synthetic materials, additives and binding agents. Grain sizes and material chemistry are carefully controlled to allow for proper density and sintering. The mixes are available in dust free versions. These dry ramming mixes feature easy installation, high bulk density, easy sintering, and excellent resistance against molten-steel penetration and superior erosion/corrosion resistance. The products are ideal choices for HP/UHP EAF.

Packing: 1000kg/bag, 500kg/bag or 50kg/bag as required.

Storage & Handling: The filling material must be well protected against dampness or moisture. Do not use if agglomeration appears.

Shelf Life: 6 Months.
