PN series of corundum silicon carbide castables are mainly made from corundum, silicon carbide and active alumina oxide, featuring excellent refractoriness under load. The lining surface will create a dense and smooth liquid membrane under high temperatures, featuring high resistance to liquid phase erosion and alkali erosion. The matrixes have in-situ reacts under high temperature and create mullite phase with the feature of good thermal stability and abrasion resistance.

They are mainly applied in the front parts of the kiln mouth and the coal-injection duct areas.
