PRCO Chairman Mr. Baikuan Liu was Invited to Deliver a Speech

On April 16th, 2016, hosted by China Refractories Association, the thirteenth refractory new knowledge lectures and refractories business transformation and upgrading forum was successfully held in Cheng Yude Hotel, Xinmi, Henan.
