June, 2017 is the 16th ‘Safety Production Month’. The theme of this year's event is fully implementing the enterprise’s responsibility system of safety production. In accordance with the Notice on Conducting National Safety Production Month and Safety Production in 2017 issued by Security Commission of the State Council (office of the Security Commission［2017］No.15), as well as the provincial and municipal instruction on ‘Safety Production Month’, on May 19th PRCO issued the Notice on Conducting National Safety Production Month in 2017, requiring that all departments and factories to carry out the ‘Safety Production Month’ activity on the theme of fully implementing the enterprise’s responsibility system of safety production.

‘Safety Production Month’ is the epitome of safety production work, and it’s a test on routine safety production management and a new starting line for safety management work. Safety management is always on the way and it’s never completed. PROC requires that all factories to use Safety Production Month as an opportunity to bear safety in mind and put safety in action, and better contribute to the sustainable, healthy and harmonious development of safety management.
