PN series of fireclay insulating bricks are made using alumina silicate as raw materials and pressed through machine and burnt under high temperature. They feature small bulk density and little linear change and high cold crushing strength and they can save at least 30% of energy, widely used in the ethylene cracking furnaces, reformer furnaces, heating furnaces and primary reformers.
