Low Silica Corundum Brick, High Alumina Brick, SiC Brick

Product Description:

Low silica corundum bricks are made using imported plate corundum and high purity fused corundum as main material, added with submicron powder and compound additives, then shaped and burned in ultra-high temperature furnace. This series of products have the features of high refractoriness, high temperature strength, good corrosion resistance, anti-stripping, low silica, low iron and low creep. They are widely applied to secondary reformer, gasifier, and chamber of sulfur recovery units.

High alumina bricks use bauxite clinker as the main material and added with cyanite and fibrolite. Through special technique, the strength and its wear resistance and erosion resistance have been improved. They are applied to the cover of fuel duct of primary reformer and gasifier combustion chamber.

PN-SCN series of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide blocks are fired under high temperature in nitriding furnaces, with high purity SiC as raw material and silicon powder as additives based on situ theory. Based on different requirements, add different kinds of binders and finally shaped through machine pressing. They feature good thermal stability, high thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance, ideal energy-saving materials for industrial furnaces. They feature good high temperature wear resistance, expansion coefficient, and good thermal shock resistance. Applicable to the gasifier gas exports at, in particular, where requires good thermal shock resistance.
