Product Description:

Direct bonded Magnesia-Chromite bricks are mainly made from high-purity magnesia and chrome concentrate, formed with high pressure and sintered with ultra-high temperature. Due to little impurity and high degree of the direct bond between the crystalline phases, the products are characterized by high CCS, strong resistances to abrasion, corrosion and spalling.

The products have been found in good service in markets such as Hanbao-Steel (250t RH furnace), Lianyuan Steel (210t RH furnace), Xin Steel (210t RH furnace), Baotou Steel (220t RH furnace), and USA Steel (120t RH furnace), Russian tower Kiel (160t RH furnace), Russian Oswald Carle (180t RH furnace) and Russian MAANSHAN (300t RH furnace) and other iron and steel enterprises for large and medium-scaled RH furnaces. The service life have reached the first rate in both China and abroad.
