Product Description:

Fused-semi-rebonded Magnesia-Chromite bricks are mainly made of Magnesia-Chromite grains, high-purity fused or sintered magnesia and chrome concentrate and formed with high pressure and sintered with ultra-high temperature. The products feature good spalling resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance and mainly applied in the working lining of the snorkel, circulation tube, upper groove and the middle groove.

The products have been found in good service in markets such as Hanbao-Steel (250t RH furnace), Lianyuan Steel (210t RH furnace), Xin Steel (210t RH furnace), Baotou Steel (220t RH furnace), and USA Steel (120t RH furnace), Russian tower Kiel (160t RH furnace), Russian Oswald Carle (180t RH furnace) and Russian MAANSHAN (300t RH furnace) and other iron and steel enterprises for large and medium-scaled RH furnaces. The service life have reached the first rate in both China and abroad.
