Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide bricks are made from high purity silicon carbide as aggregates, silica powders as additives, and fired in nitriding furnace based on in-suit formation theory. 

It features high temperature abrasion resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal shock resistance, especially excellent oxidization resistance and alkali/monoxide corrosion resistance.
