Product Description:

Blast furnace cast house consists of main trough, iron runner, slag runner, tilting spout and drain runner, etc. Currently most blast furnace cast houses are using Al2O3-SiC-C materials as working linings. PRCO has many years’ of experience in the design, installation and maintenance of total refractory management projects. The cast house refractories developed by PRCO feature good slag resistance, excellent Ferro-slag wear resistance and high hot metal production capacity.

This material have been successfully applied in Azovstal in Ukraine, Sail Group in India, Xianggang Steel and Shagang Steel, etc.

Packaging: Woven bag on pallet. 1000kg/bag, 500kg/bag, 50kg/bag, 25kg/bag as required.

Transportation & Storage: Store under dry conditions. Do not use if agglomeration occurs.

Shelf Life: 6 Months.
