Product Description:

“Low cement, ultra-low cement, cement-free series of castables” developed by PRCO was awarded the first prize by State Metallurgical Department and second prize of National Science and Technology Advancement Progress. It’s a new generation of castables with optimal grain size distribution, ultra-fine powder and high effective additives. The products feature high strength, low porosity and superior resistance to erosion/corrosion, etc. It is widely used in the high-temperature areas of industrial furnaces. Satisfactory performances have been achieved in over 50 reheat furnaces and tundish in many steel plants like Shougang, Lianyuan Steel, Laiyang Steel, Anshan Steel, Panzhihua Steel, Wuhan Steel, Meishan Steel and Anyang Steel, etc.
