Product Description:

The curtain bricks are made from fused magnesia with special additives, shaped through machine pressing and sintered under 1500℃.

Structural features: Directional pores are formed through appropriate grain-size matrix and additives after sintering. When argon passes through the gas-curtain, bubble curtain will be formed and direct the impurities to float up. This product has remarkable effect on impurity removal from molten steel.

PRCO has received one patent for invention, ten patents of Utility Model. This product was approved by Henan Science & Technology Committee in 2009, achieving world advanced standard.

PRCO has been supplying this product to customers worldwide such as Linzhou Steel, Xinyu Steel and Benxi Steel.
