Product Description:

Compared with traditional insulation boards, tundish spraying mixes developed by PRCO has properties of easy installation and long service life and good erosion resistance. It can be disintegrated easily after application and conduct no pollution to the liquid steel. So far this product has become the priority selection of tundish working linings for most of steel mills.  

PN series of spray mixes are made from high quality magnesia, mag-dolomite and dolomite materials. They are manufactured through optimal grain size distribution and added with plasticizer, water-reducing agent and explosion-proof material. Phosphorus-free tundish sprays are custom oriented for stainless steel customers to prevent phosphorus inclusion.

PN series of tundish spray mixes can be smeared by labor and sprayed by machine as well. They have been successfully used in many large and mid-sized steel mills, like Shagang, Xingcheng Steel, Anyang Steel, Suxing Steel, Kunming Steel, Shaoguan Steel, Tangshan Steel, Guiyang Steel and Handan Steel. This product was approved by Henan Science and Technology Committee on Oct, 2001.

Packing: Woven bags. 1000kg/bag, 500 kg/bag, 50kg/bag, 25kg/bag as required.

Notes: Keep in dry condition and do not use if agglomeration occurs.
