Product Description:

Tundish dry vibration mixes are developed by PRCO in recent years as the new material of tundish working lining. Its grain-size distribution is under the guidance of dense packing powder theory. It is made of high-quality magnesia and manufactured by low-temperature sintering technology.

The product is shaped in dry condition and easy to install. The smooth surface after installation helps to prevent the inclusions from tundish lining entering into molten steel. Since no water added during application, the preheating time decreases greatly. The dry vibration mixes is a perfect replacement of tundish spraying mass and insulation boards.

PN series of dry vibration mixes can reach 8-56 hours service life. They have been successfully applied in plants like Laiyang Steel, Shagang, Xingcheng Steel, Jiyuan Steel, Baotou Steel, and Benxi Steel, etc.

In addition, PRCO has developed low-carbon and carbon-free series of dry mixes with a service life of 8-15 hours in steel plants like Shagang Steel and Handan Steel. The product was approved by Henan Science and Technology Committee in 2007. 

Packing: 25kg/ 50kg woven bag on wooden pallets.

Transportation & Storage: The mixes must be kept from rain, dampness and moisture. Avoid sunlight or high temperature. Do not use if agglomeration occurs.
