Product Description:

The application of slag dam can change the molten-steel flow status in the tundish, making the impurities float up and purify the liquid steel. Impact pad and protection pad can ensure the safety of tundish during servicing and improve the life. Slag dam, impact pad and protection pad developed by PRCO have good slag erosion resistance, high strength under high temperature and long service life.

Impact pads are divided into two series: MA-spinel-based ones and magnesia-based ones according to different smelting processes, service life, etc. 

These products are widely used in more than 30 steel plants such as Lianyuan Steel, Linfen Steel, Xincheng Specialty Steel, Kunming Steel, Anyang Steel, Shagang and Suxing Specialty Steel, etc. In October 2002, the slag dam was approved by Henan Science and Technology Committee and awarded as First Prize by the Construction Department of Henan Province.

Packing: Export wooden pallet.

Transportation & Storage: Keep dry and handle with care.
