PRCO Yingkou Magnesia Refractories Co., Ltd

PRCO Yingkou Magnesia Refractories Co., Ltd, located in the industrial park of Xishi district of Yingkou city, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puyang Refractories Group Co., Ltd. Yingkou city is bordered by Bohai Bay to the west and surrounded by Liao River to the north. It features advantageous geographical location, convenient transportation and beautiful environment.

PRCO Yingkou Magnesia Refractories Co., Ltd is incorporated in December 2014, with the gross area of 58,736 square meter. Production line No. 1 of unshaped refractories was built and put into operation in April, 2006. Production line No. 2 was reconstructed and strengthened based on line No.1 and tested in August 2009 and put into operation in September. The unshaped plant has the annual capacity of 100,000 tons of basic monolithic refractories. The first-phase of magnesia carbon bricks production line was put into use on September, 2006 and the second-phase was put into use in December, 2012.

PRCO Yingkou always insists on applying high-tech achievements to the management. The enterprise performance management system was applied to product development, process planning, production planning, production device, standard hours and management of techniques, finance, supply, sales and personnel files, etc. PRCO Yingkou has received the certification of ISO9001: 2000 quality management system, ISO14001:2004 environmental management system and GB28001-2001 occupational health and safety management system. Currently, PRCO has applied the ERP management system. In 2007, the network management was put into practice. PRCO Yingkou is heading for paperless office.
